How can I measure progress?
We'll track your progress based on how you're feeling in dance and life from a whole person perspective.

Who is this coaching option for?
Balanced Life-Wellness Coaching was created for aspiring professional (age 18+) and professional dancers. I also work with adult dancers and retired dancers who have big goals for their dancing.
What sort of a time commitment is required?
In addition to our weekly 30-minute calls, your weekly action steps will be woven into your daily schedule. Part of our work will be making sure you know when you'll work on each lifestyle shift.
How is this different from Elite Best Body Coaching?
While there may be some overlap because each of these programs aims to support you in creating a balanced life, Balanced Life-Wellness Coaching is for the dancer who feels generally OK in her body and food relationships. Those areas may needs some support but they're not the main concern.
