When can I get started?

Once you've applied, I'll be in touch within a few days. We'll have a complimentary chat to make sure we're a good fit. Then you can get started right away!

How can I measure progress?

We'll track your progress based on how you're feeling in your body, life, and mind. Weigh in's aren't productive so you'll learn to remove the attachment to knowing your weight or measurements.

What's the investment?

Once you've applied, I'll share all the pricing details. I offer flexible payment plans to accommodate various needs and budgets. Look at this an investment in your future.

What's your dietary philosophy?

The quality of the food you eat matters. You also need to satisfy your desires so you don't feel deprived. I marry those 2 concepts to support you in identifying the best way of eating for YOU!

Who is this coaching option for?

While I work primarily with dancers, this option is for non-dancers who are excited to move mindfully and shift their relationship to food.

What sort of a time commitment is required?

In addition to our weekly 30-minute calls and weekly 30-minute workouts, your weekly action steps will be woven into your daily schedule. Part of our work will be making sure you know when you'll work on each food or lifestyle shift.

Do you provide specific meal plans?

I'll provide sample meal plans full of recipes so you'll have plenty of easy options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I don't make specific calorie or macronutrient recommendations but I don't find them necessary to reach body goals.

Does this really work?

YES! When you apply the 7 Step Best Body Process, your personal best body will reveal itself-with ease...I've seen this process work again and again. I'll support you to make sure it works for you too.
