Meet Jess.

Jess is a former professional ballet dancer turned Holistic Health, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coach for high level dancers. During her dance training she attended Summer Intensives at the Kirov Academy, North Carolina School for the Arts, Boston Ballet Summer Dance Program, American Ballet Theatre in New York, and Orlando Ballet on Scholarship. She went on to train at Butler University and to dance professionally with the Louisville Ballet and as a freelance dancer in Boston.

She founded The Whole Dancer in 2015 and it's her goal to support dancer's in having a healthier, happier, more balanced experience as pre-professional and professional dancers.
